Areas we serve
Hospice care across Los Angeles County
Hospice of Grace is based in Arcadia, at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains, and serves all of Los Angeles County and surrounding areas. One team, one office, and a phone that reaches a person.
Our team can help confirm availability for your location and care needs. Tell us the city and the situation, and our team can explain what the visit plan would look like and what happens after hours.
Based in Arcadia
Our office sits on Foothill Boulevard, and our clinical team works from this building. That is where the paperwork is handled, where equipment is arranged, and where the nurses and aides begin and end their days.
Being one team in one place has an advantage families notice: the people who admit you are the people who keep coming back. There is no branch to hand you off to and no rotating agency at the door.

Regional guides for Los Angeles County
The county is large and varied: mountains, harbor, coastline, and dozens of cities. These guides explain how hospice care is arranged in each part of it, and what a family living there should expect.
San Gabriel Valley
Hospice of Grace is based in Arcadia, near the foothills at the center of the San Gabriel Valley. This is the part of the county we know best.
Los Angeles
Los Angeles is a city inside Los Angeles County, not the whole county. That distinction matters when you are arranging care, because the address decides almost everything.
Glendale & Burbank
Glendale and Burbank sit west of the San Gabriel Valley, across the Verdugo Mountains. Much of the hospice care here begins at the end of a hospital stay.
Gateway Cities
The Gateway Cities run along the southeast of the county: Whittier, Pico Rivera, Downey, Norwalk, Bellflower, Lakewood, and Long Beach among them.
Communities we visit most
Each of these cities has its own page: how care at home works there, the local details that change a care plan, and the questions families in that city tend to ask.

Which services do you provide directly, and which do you arrange with another organization?
- 02
How quickly can someone come to this address after hours, and what can they arrange?
- 03
Who answers the phone at night, and what can that person arrange for us?
