Reading these pages does not make you a patient, and neither does calling to ask a question. Hospice eligibility is determined by an individual clinical assessment with physician orders. Whether we can serve a particular address depends on location and on the team's availability, and it is confirmed in conversation, not by anything stated on this site.

Descriptions of hospice care on this site (levels of care, what Medicare typically covers, who is usually on a hospice team) describe the hospice benefit and the field in general. They are not a list of services offered by any specific organization, including this one.

Accuracy and changes

We try to keep this site accurate and current, and pages carry the date they were last revised. Health coverage rules and clinical practice change, and outside sources we link to may be updated without our knowledge. If you spot something that looks wrong, please tell us.
